STATES GRANTS (GENERAL PURPOSES) ACT 1994 No. 122, 1994 - SECT 13
Reduction of general revenue grants to States to take account of certain advance payments
13. The total amount that would be payable to a State under this Division in
relation to the grant year is to be reduced by the total amount of advances in
respect of the grant year paid under section 17.
