Major building projects
9. Section 38 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (2) "the year 1985 or 1986" and substituting
"a year to which this Act applies"; and
(b) by omitting from subsection (2) "or 5" and substituting ",5 or 6".
