New heading to Schedule 7
18. Schedule 7 to the Principal Act is amended by omitting the heading to that
schedule and substituting the following heading: ''PARTS TO BE ADDED AT THE
END OF SCHEDULE 12 TO THE PRINCIPAL
ACT''.
