STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT, 1979 No. 41, 1979 - SECT 9
Payments made before Royal Assent
9. Payments (including advances) by way of financial assistance made to a
State under the Principal Act shall be deemed to have been made for the
purpose of the Principal Act as amended by this Act.
