STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT, 1979 No. 41, 1979 - SECT 34

PART IV-MISCELLANEOUS
34. For all purposes of the States Grants (Tertiary Education Assistance)  Act
1977 as in force either before or after the commencement of this Act and for
all purposes of the States Grants (Tertiary Education Assistance) Act  1978 ,
as in force either before or after the commencement of this Act-

   (a)  the Adelaide College of Arts and Education-

        (i)    shall be deemed to have been, and to be, the same body as the
               Adelaide College of Advanced Education; and

        (ii)   shall be deemed to have been, and to be, the same body as the
               Torrens College of Advanced Education; and

   (b)  the Hartley College of Advanced Education-

        (i)    shall be deemed to have been, and to be, the same body as the
               Kingston College of Advanced Education; and

        (ii)   shall be deemed to have been, and to be, the same body as the
               Murray Park College of Advanced Education.
