An Act to amend the States Grants (Tertiary Education Assistance) Act 1977 and
the States Grants (Tertiary Education Assistance) Act 1978, and for related
purposes.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

PART I-PRELIMINARY Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the States Grants (Tertiary Education Assistance)
