STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1987 No. 123, 1987 - SECT 48

48. The Minister shall, as soon as practicable after 31 December 1988, cause a
report setting out details of determinations made by the Minister under
section 4, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 21, 22, 23, 27, 31, 32, 33, 34 or 35 or
estimates or revisions of estimates made by the Minister under section 5, to
be laid before each House of the Parliament.
