STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1987 No. 123, 1987 - SECT 45
Application of moneys borrowed
45. Moneys borrowed under section 44 shall be issued and applied only for the
expenses of borrowing, for the purpose of making payments to the States in
accordance with Part IV and for the purpose of making payments to the
Consolidated Revenue Fund in accordance with section 46.
