STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1987 No. 123, 1987 - SECT 44

44. The Treasurer may, from time to time, in accordance with the provisions of
the Commonwealth Inscribed Stock Act 1911, or in accordance with the
provisions of an Act authorising the issue of Treasury Bills, borrow moneys
not exceeding in the aggregate the sum of the amounts payable to the States
under Part IV.
