STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1987 No. 123, 1987 - SECT 43

Payments may be made out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund or the Loan Fund

43. Payments (including an advance under section 42) to a State under this Act
may be made out of:

   (a)  in the case of payments under Part IV-the Consolidated Revenue Fund or
        the Loan Fund; or

   (b)  in any other case-the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
