STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1987 No. 123, 1987 - SECT 28

28. Where a building project is specified, in relation to a relevant higher
education institution, in Schedule 9, there is payable to the relevant State,
for the purpose of financial assistance in relation to the project in respect
of the year 1988, the amount specified in relation to the description of the
project in that Schedule.
