STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1984 No. 127, 1984 - SECT 51

51. The Treasurer may, from time to time, in accordance with the provisions of
the Commonwealth Inscribed Stock Act 1911, or in accordance with the
provisions of an Act authorizing the issue of Treasury Bills, borrow moneys
not exceeding in the aggregate the sum of the amounts payable to the States
under section 32, 33, 34, 38 or 39.
