STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1984 No. 127, 1984 - SECT 50

Payments may be made out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund or the Loan Fund

50. Payments (including an advance under section 49) to a State under this Act
may be made out of-

   (a)  in the case of payments under section 32, 33, 34, 38 or 39-the
        Consolidated Revenue Fund or the Loan Fund; or

   (b)  in any other case-the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
