STATES GRANTS (TERTIARY EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1978

An Act relating to the grant of financial assistance to the States in
connection with universities, colleges of advanced education and technical and
further education institutions.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

PART I-PRELIMINARY Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the States Grants (Tertiary Education Assistance)
