STATES GRANTS (ADVANCED EDUCATION) ACT 1976 No. 15, 1976 - SECT 19

Payments may be made out of Consolidated Revenue Fund or Loan Fund.

19. Payments to a State under this Act may be made out of-

   (a)  in the case of payments in accordance with section 12 or 13-the
        Consolidated Revenue Fund or the Loan Fund; or

   (b)  in any other case-the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
