STATES GRANTS (BEEF CATTLE ROADS) ACT 1974 No. 74, 1974 - SECT 3

3. Section 5 of the States Grants (Beef Cattle Roads) Act 1968 is amended by
adding at the end thereof the following sub-section:-



"(3) For the purposes of sub-section (1), amounts expended by the State of
Queensland, in the period that commenced on 1 July 1974 and ends on 31
December 1974, in carrying out works approved under sub-section (1) of section
4 in relation to the year that ended on 30 June 1974 shall be deemed to have
been expended in that year.".
