STATES GRANTS (TECHNICAL AND FURTHER EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 62, 1977 - SECT 10
Payments made before Royal Assent.
10. Payments made to a State under the Principal Act before the date on which
this Act receives the Royal Assent shall be deemed to have been made for the
purposes of the Principal Act as amended by this Act.
