STATES GRANTS (TECHNICAL AND FURTHER EDUCATION ASSISTANCE) ACT 1976 No. 131, 1976 - SECT 21

21. (1) The Minister may, either generally or as otherwise provided by the
instrument of delegation, by writing signed by him, delegate to the
Commission, or to a full-time member, or to full-time members, of the
Commission, any of his powers under sub-section 5 (4) or (5), 6 (5) or (6), 9
(1) or (2), 10 (1) or (2) or 12 (1) or (2).

(2) A power so delegated, when exercised or performed by the delegate, shall,
for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to have been exercised by the
Minister.

(3) A delegation under this section does not prevent the exercise of a power
by the Minister.
