STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1978

No. 33 of 1978 An Act to amend the States Grants (Schools) Act 1972, the
States Grants  (Schools Assistance) Act 1976 and the
States Grants (Schools Assistance) Act  1977 , and for related purposes.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:

PART I-PRELIMINARY Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the States Grants (Schools Assistance) Amendment
Act 1978.*1*
