STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1977 No. 61 of 1977 - SECT 1

An Act to amend the States Grants (Schools) Act 1972, the States Grants 
(Schools) Act 1976 and the States Grants (Schools Assistance) Act 1976, and
for related purposes.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and House of Representatives of the
Commonwealth of Australia, as follows:-

1. This Act may be cited as the States Grants (Schools Assistance) Amendment
Act 1977.*1*
