STATES GRANTS (UNIVERSITIES) AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1976 No. 119, 1976 - SECT 17
Payments made before Royal Assent.
17. Payments by way of financial assistance made to a State under the
Principal Act before the date on which this Act received the Royal Assent
shall be deemed to have been made for the purposes of that Act as amended by
this Act.
