STATES GRANTS (UNIVERSITIES) AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1976 No. 119, 1976 - SECT 1
Short title.
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the States Grants (Universities) Amendment Act
(No. 2) 1976.*1*
(2) Section 1 of the States Grants (Universities) Act 1972 (being Act No. 125,
1972) is amended by omitting sub-section (1) and substituting the following
sub-section:-
''(1) This Act may be cited as the States Grants (Universities) Amendment Act
1972.''.
