STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1988No. 1, 1989 - SECT 5
Funding of non-government schools
5. Financial assistance under this Act will only be provided to a State for
education at a particular level, or at a particular location, at a
non-government school if the school is included in the list in respect of that
level or that location, as the case may be.
