STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1988No. 1, 1989 - SECT 19
Approval of block grant authorities
19. The Minister may, by determination in writing, approve a body corporate as
a block grant authority in relation to the schools specified in the approval
if the body corporate enters into an agreement of a kind specified by the
Minister.
