STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1984 No. 126 of 1984 - SECT 59
Approved ethnic schools authorities
59. Where the Minister is satisfied that a body, whether incorporated or
unincorporated, is providing, or proposes to provide, a program of ethnic
education, the Minister may approve that body as an approved ethnic schools
authority for the purposes of this Act.
