States Grants (Schools Assistance) Act 1983 No. 119 of 1983 - SECT 49
Approval of bodies as approved ethnic schools authorities
49. Where the Minister is satisfied that a body, whether incorporated or
unincorporated, is providing, or proposes to provide, a program of ethnic
education, the Minister may approve that body as an approved ethnic schools
authority for the purposes of this Act.
