States Grants (Schools Assistance) Act 1983 No. 119 of 1983 - SECT 45

45. The Minister shall not authorize payments to a State under section 44 that
exceed, in the aggregate, the amount specified in column 2 of Part I of
Schedule 12 opposite to the name of the State.
