STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS ASSISTANCE) ACT 1976 No. 133, 1976 - SECT 19

19. The Minister shall not authorize payments to a State under sub-section 18
(1) that exceed, in the aggregate, the amount specified in column 2 of
Schedule 5 opposite to the name of the State.
