STATES GRANTS (ABORIGINAL ASSISTANCE) ACT 1976 No. 1, 1977 - SECT 3

3. In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears, ''Aboriginals'' means
persons who are-

   (a)  members of the Aboriginal race of Australia; or

   (b)  members of the race to which Torres Strait Islanders belong.
