STATES GRANTS (UNIVERSITIES) ACT 1976 No. 13, 1976 - SECT 19

19. The Commission shall furnish to the Minister, at such times as the
Minister directs, such reports as the Minister requires on the progress made,
and the progress proposed to be made, in the carrying out of the projects
specified in Schedule 5 and the projects referred to in sub-section 4 (1) are
approved under sub-section 4 (2) or on any other matter relevant to the
operation of this Act.
