STATES GRANTS (SCHOOLS) ACT 1976 No. 35, 1976 - SECT 19
Limits on grants under sections 17 and 18.
19. The Minister shall not authorize payments to a State under sub-sections 17
(5) and 18 (1), in respect of a non-systemic school in the State, that exceed,
in the aggregate, the sum of the amounts that, but for this section, the
Minister would be authorized to grant under sub-section 17 (5) in respect of
that school.
