SOFTWOOD FORESTRY AGREEMENTS ACT 1978 No. 20, 1978 - SECT 4

4. (1) The payments by the Commonwealth to a State provided for in an
agreement referred to in section 3, including advances by the Minister for
Finance, may be made to the State by way of financial assistance on the terms
and conditions contained in that agreement.

(2) The payments referred to in sub-section (1) shall be made out of the
Consolidated Revenue Fund, which is appropriated accordingly.
