SEX DISCRIMINATION ACT 1984 No. 4, 1984 - SECT 89

Failure to furnish information, &c. 

89. A person shall not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail-

   (a)  to furnish information; or

   (b)  to produce a document, when so required pursuant to section 54, 55 or
        56.

Penalty:

   (a)  in the case of a natural person-$1,000; or

   (b)  in the case of a body corporate-$5,000.
