SEX DISCRIMINATION ACT 1984 No. 4, 1984 - SECT 69
Determination of representative complaints
69. At an inquiry held in respect of a complaint that appears to the
Commission to be a representative complaint, the Commission shall determine,
as a preliminary matter, whether that complaint should be dealt with as a
representative complaint.
