SHIP CONSTRUCTION BOUNTY AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 40, 1980 - SECT 3

3. Section 8 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end therof the
following sub-section:



"(4) Bounty is not payable in respect of the construction or modification of a
vessel unless the last day for the lodging of public tenders in response to a
call for public tenders under section 4 in respect of that construction or
modification is a date earlier than 1 July 1980.".
