SHIP CONSTRUCTION BOUNTY ACT 1975 No. 79, 1975 - SECT 9

To whom bounty payable. 
9. Bounty in respect of the construction or modification of a vessel is
payable to the registered shipbuilder at whose registered premises the
construction or modification was completed.
