SHIP CONSTRUCTION BOUNTY ACT 1975 No. 79, 1975 - SECT 19

19. A person is not entitled to bounty in respect of the construction or
modification of a vessel unless he keeps, to the satisfaction of the Minister,
accounts, books, documents and other records showing, from time to time,
particulars relating to the construction or modification of the vessel and
such other information in relation to the vessel as the Minister requires.
