SCHOOLS COMMISSION ACT 1973 No. 213, 1973 - SECT 10

Resignation. 
10. A member, or an acting member, may resign his office by writing under his
hand addressed to the Minister, but the resignation does not have effect until
it is accepted by the Minister.
