SALARIES AND WAGES PAUSE ACT 1982 No. 134, 1982 - SECT 11

Continuation of certain regulations under the Health Insurance Act 

11. Sub-section 4 (6) of the Health Insurance Act 1973 does not apply in
relation to-

   (a)  the regulations that are, at the commencement of this Act, in force
        under section 4 of that Act; or

   (b)  any amendments of those regulations.
