STUDENT ASSISTANCE (YOUTH TRAINING ALLOWANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 183, 1994 - SECT 9
Benefits under the AUSTUDY scheme
9. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (1)
"an authorised person" and substituting "the Secretary".
