STUDENT ASSISTANCE (YOUTH TRAINING ALLOWANCE) AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 183, 1994 - SECT 22

Late payment charge and interest in relation to overpayment of a benefit

22. Section 40 of the Principal Act is amended:
(a) by omitting from subsection (1A) "a prescribed officer" and substituting

"the Secretary";

   (b)  by omitting from subsection (5) "paragraph 43(2)(c)" and substituting
        "section 284 as applied under subsection 43(2)";
(c) by omitting from subsection (6) "a prescribed officer" and substituting

"the Secretary".
