STUDENT ASSISTANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 138, 1992 - SECT 48

48. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in paragraph (a)
of the definition of "relevant tax" in subsection (1) "or subsection 12ZN(1)
of the Student Assistance Act 1973" after "1988".
