STUDENT ASSISTANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 138, 1992 - SECT 39
Payment to a special benefit recipient
39. Section 665M of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in paragraph (c)
", or if he or she were not in receipt of financial supplement under the
Student Financial Supplement Scheme would be qualified," after "is qualified".
