STUDENT ASSISTANCE AMENDMENT ACT 1992 No. 138, 1992 - SECT 29

29. Section 202 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting "(f)" at the beginning of the last paragraph and
        substituting "(g)";

   (b)  by adding at the end the following word and paragraph:

"; and (h) to facilitate the administration of Division 6 of Part 4A of the
Student Assistance Act 1973.".
