SUPPORTED ACCOMMODATION ASSISTANCE ACT 1985 No. 22, 1985 - SECT 7

7. Where an agreement entered into pursuant to sub-section 4 (1) is in force
between the Commonwealth and a State-

   (a)  the Minister may make arrangements for the making to the State, by way
        of financial assistance to the State, of advances on account of
        amounts that are expected to become payable to the State under section
        5; and

   (b)  this Act, and the agreement as so in force, apply to and in relation
        to an advance to the State under paragraph (a) and so apply as if the
        advance were a grant to the State.
