SUPERANNUATION ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 17, 1978 - SECT 9

9. Section 119ZG is amended by adding at the end thereof the following
sub-section:

''(4) Where, by reason of the death on 30 June 1973 of a person in receipt of
a pension, a pension becomes payable on 1 July 1973 to another person, that
other person shall be entitled to such an increase in the amount of the annual
pension payable to the person as the person would have been entitled to had
the pension become payable to the person on 30 June 1973.''.
