SUPERANNUATION ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 17, 1978 - SECT 76
Modification of Act in relation to existing contributors
76. Section 183 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-section
(1) ''an eligible employee'' (last occuring) and substituting ''a person who
is, or at any time has been, a person''.
