SUPERANNUATION ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 17, 1978 - SECT 52
Certain former eligible employees not entitled to benefits under Division
52. Section 141 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in paragraph (c)
of sub-section (2) ''or, in a case approved by the Commissioner, a lesser
amount'' after ''benefit'' (last occurring).
