SUPERANNUATION ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 17, 1978 - SECT 49

49. Section 137 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (1)
and substituting the following sub-section:

''(1) Where a person ceases to be an eligible employee and, upon so ceasing,
is not entitled to pension under this Act or invalidity benefit in accordance
with section 69, 72 or 73, he may, not later than 21 days after he so ceases
to be an eligible employee, elect, by notice in writing to the Commissioner,
that this Division apply in relation to him.''.
