SUPERANNUATION ACTS AMENDMENT ACT 1978 No. 17, 1978 - SECT 19
Repeal of section 141
19. (1) Section 141 of the Principal Act is repealed.
(2) The repeal effected by sub-section (1) shall not affect the hearing and
determination of a proceeding instituted in the High Court under the section
repealed by sub-section (1).
